Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before booking any service through VidNikah (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By making a reservation or payment you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

VidNikah provides online Muslim Nikah ceremony facilitation, including certified officiants, secure video hosting, digital documentation, and optional add-ons as selected at booking.

2. Booking & Payment

  • Upfront Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your ceremony date and time.

  • Accepted Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards and approved digital wallets. Payment details are processed securely through our PCI-compliant gateway.

3. Cancellation & Refund

  • Full Refund Window: You may cancel your booking for any reason within 24 hours of your original booking time to receive a 100% refund of the service fee.

    • Example: If you booked at 3 PM on May 22, you must cancel by 3 PM on May 23.

  • After 24 Hours: Cancellations made after the 24-hour window are non-refundable.

  • How to Cancel: Submit your cancellation request via the “My Bookings” page or email support@vidnikah.com with your booking reference.

4. Rescheduling

  • You may request to reschedule your ceremony up to 48 hours before the confirmed start time.

  • Rescheduling is subject to officiant and platform availability.

  • No additional fee applies if rescheduling is confirmed; if unavailable, you may cancel under the policy above.

5. Participant Obligations

  • You must provide accurate personal information for all required parties (bride, groom, wali, witnesses).

  • All participants agree to join the online platform at the scheduled time, with functional internet and compatible devices.

6. Conduct & Compliance

  • All ceremony participants agree to conduct themselves respectfully and in accordance with Islamic guidelines.

  • VidNikah reserves the right to terminate any ceremony in progress if inappropriate behavior occurs; no refunds will be issued in such cases.

7. Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided by VidNikah (scripts, templates, videos) remain our property. You may not reproduce or distribute without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VidNikah’s total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, UK.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” at the top reflects the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
